FEES/INSURANCE
We share the concern of our patients regarding the cost of health care. Therefore, our fees are kept as low as possible. If requested, we will inform you of the fee before any service is performed. Payment is requested for service at the time they are rendered unless prior financial arrangements have been made. Health care insurance is a contract between the patient and his insurance company, not between the doctor and the insurance company. There are many types of plans and policies and some provide more coverage than others. In most cases, the coverage is not intended to pay the total cost of your care. We will be happy to assist in submitting necessary insurance forms, but please remember that you are responsible for payment of your portion at the time of service.
APPOINTMENTS
Patients are seen by appointment only and advanced scheduling is necessary. However, emergency situations do arise and these patients will be worked into the schedule as quickly as possible. If you are unable to keep an appointment, 24 hours notice should be given to our office. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time to other patients. We recognize that your time is valuable. Please contact our office at 271-9727 and we will do our best to treat your situation as necessary. If it is after office hours, you will be referred to a specific number for assistance.
